Our pricing is based on a standard 13-gallon kitchen bag — but how much you fill it is completely up to you!
The only additional fees are for same-day delivery, or if you require items to be hung — in which case we charge for hangers to make your experience as seamless as possible.
We currently accept Cash, Cash App, Zelle, and PayPal. We are also looking to expand to card transactions in the future!
We do! We offer 15% off your first service, and at least 10% off for customers who opt in to recurring services. We also run promotions very regularly — keep an eye on our socials for those deals!
It depends on the load. For example, if a load only has one white item, we'll wash it together with the other clothes. However, if there's a large load of colored clothes and a separate load of whites, we'll wash them separately. We always use our best judgment to care for your clothes properly.
We do our due diligence to note every item that passes through our machines and handle each customer's clothes with care. If you notice something is missing, bring it to our attention right away — we'll search for the item first, and if unsuccessful, we'll do our best to make it right.
Simply pack your laundry in your bag and we'll pick it up at your scheduled time. You can leave it on the porch or hand it directly to us when we knock — whatever works best for you!
We deliver your clothes within 24-48 hours of pickup unless you specify a different drop-off time frame. Just let us know and we'll work around your schedule!
We provide the detergent, but you're welcome to request a specific detergent of your choosing. If it's something we don't already have, we'll go out and get it to make sure your clothes are done exactly to your liking — and it's all included in the listed prices!
Our standard detergents include trusted brands like Gain, Tide, and Arm & Hammer. If you have a preference or a sensitivity, just let us know!
